Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Validation & Process Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis. This role is fully onsite and focuses on leading equipment qualification, process validation, and production readiness activities in the MedTech sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in equipment qualification protocols, supplier coordination, and process engineering within regulated environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in MedTech equipment qualification and process engineering.

- Strong knowledge of validation protocols (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with DOE, statistical analysis, and capability studies.

- Proven ability to manage deviations, CAPAs, and supplier interactions.
