• Hands-on experience in implementing and integrating: o Authoritative sources (e.g., Database / Workday / DAP) for identity ingestion and provisioning-ready identity data. o ServiceNow integration for access request user interface (UI) and for ticket creation/management during user onboarding and offboarding processes. o Target applications using Saviynt out-of-the-box (OOTB) connectors and REST/SOAP integrations (e.g., Active Directory (AD) / LDAP / Database / custom applications / SuccessFactor / Okta / Collibra), disconnected applications via FTP-based file integration. o Two- to three-level approval workflows for access requests and related governance processes. o Creation and administration of Saviynt SAV roles (e.g., auditors, managers, application owners, IAM team members, help desk, end users) aligned to least-privilege and operational needs. o Implementation of manager and entitlement owner certifications, including configuration of certification, campaign templates and required email templates. o Development of OOTB and custom reports for certifications, application access, users/accounts, access requests, failed tasks/jobs, and operational metrics. o Saviynt configuration changes to external properties files, global configuration, and SAV files for imports.
• Strong experience planning and executing testing across the Saviynt implementation lifecycle, including unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end integration testing, to validate configurations, connectors, workflows, and data flows for connector integration, ServiceNow Access request, certification, etc. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve issues arising from existing configurations and new development/enhancement efforts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with client stakeholders, internal team members, and third-party vendors across the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain workflows: implement business logic, routing, SLAs, notifications, and exception handling aligned to federal processes. Integrate target systems: configure connectors and provisioning to directories (e.g., Active Directory), HR source, ticketing, and key healthcare apps; handle attributes, entitlements, and group/role mappings. Identity lifecycle delivery: implement joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes—onboarding, transfers, terminations—plus deprovisioning, access removals, and recert outcomes. Testing & release activities: write test cases, support UAT, coordinate deployments across environments (dev/test/prod), support cutover and hypercare. Documentation & compliance support: produce configuration/design notes, runbooks, and evidence artifacts needed for federal governance (e.g., change records, control evidence, implementation decisions). Agile delivery cadence: daily standups, backlog refinement, estimates, sprint demos; coordinate with IAM architects, security/compliance, app owners, and client stakeholders."
Expected Deliverables: "Agile focussed user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint related artifacts JIRA management Integration artifacts (attribute/entitlement mapping sheets, connector parameters, endpoint lists, service account needs, error-handling approach) Release/deployment package inputs (change record details, environment-specific config deltas, deployment checklist, rollback plan) Operational documentation (runbooks, job schedules, monitoring/alerting steps, common failure playbooks, support handoff)"
