Job Role: AI/ML Engineer with Azure
Location: Plano, TX// Onsite
Contract Type: C2H
About the role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work with data scientists, developers, and business teams to turn data into working, production-ready AI features.
Key responsibilities
  • Design, train, test, and deploy machine learning models
  • Build and manage ML pipelines on Azure (data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring)
  • Develop AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services
  • Create APIs so applications can use the models
  • Monitor model performance and retrain or improve models when needed
  • Follow data security and privacy best practices
  • Document work and share results with the team and stakeholders
Required skills (must-haves)
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and other Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Cognitive Services)
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Experience deploying models to production (MLOps, CI/CD, Docker)
  • Good knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets
  • Experience with Git and Agile teams
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Nice-to-have skills
  • Generative AI experience (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
  • Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse
  • Kubernetes and Azure DevOps
  • Azure certifications (AI-102, DP-100, AZ-900/AZ-305)
  • Experience in a regulated or government environment
