Summary

Key Responsibilities –

1. Training Material Development & Improvement Prepare, update, and continuously enhance training materials to ensure content remains current, accurate, and engaging.

2. Student Enrollment Coordination Manage and coordinate student enrollments, communicating with both the State and individual students to ensure smooth onboarding.

3. Training Site Management Oversee the logistical readiness of training sites, ensuring locations are equipped and prepared for successful training sessions.

4. Training Delivery Deliver training programs to adapting instructional approach to diverse audiences and locations.

5. Post-Course Evaluation Administer and collect post-training surveys to assess course effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

6. Customized Department Training Plan and coordinate the development and delivery of tailored training modules for specific departmental needs.

 

Required Qualifications -

1. Experience in Training Management Minimum of three (3) years managing consulting, planning, organizing, scheduling, and conducting training activities.

2. Healthcare Policy Knowledge Demonstrated experience working with Medicaid, Social Security Administration (SSA), or analyzing health data related to state and federal policies and procedures.

3. Business Intelligence & Analytics Tools At least two (2) years of experience working with Business Objects / Microsoft PowerBI, with the ability to develop, maintain, and provide training on business intelligence and analytic reports. At least two (2) years of experience using statistical reporting/data tools such as SAS for large-volume databases.

4. Instructional and Consultation Skills Capable of providing expert consultation, preparing manuscripts, delivering engaging instruction, and coordinating training aids. Exercise sound judgment in tailoring and presenting instructional content.

5. Healthcare Data Analysis At least one (1) year of experience in health care analysis, data mining, business process definition, solution development/documentation, testing, and implementation.

6. Instructional Media Expertise Proven ability to develop and deliver training using various media—including audio, video, digital, and printed materials—to enhance learning effectiveness.

7. Training Operations Management Ability to select and manage technical training assistants, organize training facilities, and maintain a master calendar of training events.

8. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in delivering updates, formal presentations, business documentation, and technical reports.

9. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience delivering technical training content.
