Location:
Onsite 3 Days a Week in either New York City office or Charlotte, NC office
Duration:
12 Months
Position Overview:
Manage contract renewals and collaborate with internal teams.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and oversee the procurement of IT assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT asset management, and other business units to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sourcing (Saas, Cloud, Networking, etc.) and vendor management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of contract renewals and the management of them.
Must be strong is MS Suite of tools.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
The role requires interaction with senior executives and stakeholders, so strong business acumen and emotional intelligence are essential.
