Job Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to serve as the dedicated workstream owner for the Oracle
E-Business Suite (EBS) Migration component within Project Fusion — the
enterprise-wide initiative to transition our ERP from Oracle EBS to Oracle
Fusion Cloud. This role owns end-to-end project delivery for the EBS migration
track, ensuring alignment with the broader Fusion program timeline, governance
standards, and technical architecture decisions.

The ideal candidate brings
hands-on Oracle EBS knowledge, a command of structured project governance, and
the ability to coordinate closely with functional consultants, technical
architects, and business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain,
and HR workstreams. This PM will maintain a fully integrated workstream plan in
Planview/MS Project and serve as the primary point of accountability for scope,
schedule, and risk within the EBS migration track.
Key Responsibilities
EBS Migration Workstream Ownership
Own and drive all PMLC
phases for the Oracle EBS migration component of the Fusion program.
Develop and maintain a
detailed workstream-level execution plan in Planview/MS Project, including
milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and integrated schedule aligned
to the Master Fusion program plan.
Track and manage the full
scope of EBS migration activities including fit-gap analysis, legacy data
extraction, configuration mapping, conversion, cutover planning, and
post-go-live stabilization.
Enforce PMO governance
standards, stage-gate processes, and RAID log discipline across the EBS
migration workstream.
Manage change control,
ensuring all scope changes are formally assessed, documented, approved, and
communicated to program leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary point
of contact for all EBS migration-related activities, status, and escalations
within the Fusion program.
Prepare and deliver
workstream-level status reports and contribute to program-level dashboards on a
weekly and monthly cadence.
Facilitate cross-functional
working sessions including requirements workshops, design reviews, data
governance sessions, and cutover readiness assessments.
Proactively communicate
dependencies, blockers, and risks to Fusion Program leadership with recommended
mitigation strategies.
Coordinate closely with the
Boundary Systems PM and other workstream PMs to manage inter-workstream
dependencies and integration points.
Technical & Functional Delivery
Partner with Oracle Fusion
functional consultants and technical architects to maintain alignment across
EBS migration deliverables including:
Legacy data extraction,
cleansing, transformation, and loading
Integration design and
validation between migrated EBS components and target Fusion modules
Cutover runbook
development, rehearsals, and execution
Oversee EBS-specific SIT
and UAT planning and execution, working with the technical and business teams
to build Entrance/Exit criteria, and support step by step cutover activities.
Coordinate with the Oracle
Integration Cloud (OIC) team and middleware leads to validate integration
touchpoints from migrated EBS data into Fusion.
Ensure all migration
artifacts — data mapping documents, conversion plans, test scripts, cutover
plans — meet quality standards and PMO audit readiness requirements.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Maintain and actively
manage the RAID log for the EBS migration workstream, escalating critical risks
and issues per program governance protocols.
Develop and implement
mitigation strategies for EBS-specific risks such as legacy data quality,
module mapping gaps, or cutover timeline conflicts.
Manage scope change
requests with full documentation, impact assessment, and alignment to program
change control processes.
Continuous Improvement & Program Contribution
Conduct structured lessons
learned reviews at key EBS migration milestones and contribute findings to the
broader Fusion program retrospectives.
Identify and recommend
process improvements to the EBS migration approach as the program evolves.
Contribute to PMO
methodology enhancements based on ERP migration delivery learnings.

least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS project.
Solid working knowledge of
Oracle EBS and related functional areas.
Familiarity with Oracle EBS
to Oracle Fusion migration processes.
Proven command of PMLC
methodology — from business case through post-go-live stabilization — including
RAID log management, stage-gate governance, and change control.
Proficiency in MS Project,
Jira and Planview or comparable enterprise PPM tools.
Excellent communication and
facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and
business stakeholders.
