Oracle Field Service cloud(OFSC)

Lead and support implementation and configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) for B2B service operations

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions

Configure OFSC modules including Activities, Resources, Routing, Quota, Capacity, and Business Rules

Integrate OFSC with enterprise systems such as Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite

Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML

Design and implement workflow automation and custom integrations to improve service efficiency

Lead workshops, provide user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide technical and functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery

Prepare detailed design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration guides

Apply strong B2B service domain expertise in scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management

Configure and optimize routing logic, capacity management, and field service KPIs

Manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment

Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Travel as required for client meetings, workshops, and onsite project activities

Possess a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in OFSC implementations
