--- Project Description ---
Consultants are needed to augment state staff with the
continuing support and maintenance of several Oracle Forms
applications. Upgrades and re-writes of these applications will
also occur. In addition, consultants will be responsible for new
java application development.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. * Design and create scripts for databases
2. Develop, maintain, and enhance both Oracle Forms and Java
applications
3. Application testing
4. Create and maintain documentation
5. Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents

--- Required Qualifications ---
84 months of programming experience developing forms using
Oracle Forms 11g or higher AND developing reports using Oracle
Reports 11g or higher.
84 months of programming experience developing, maintaining
and/or enhancing electronic attendance and leave applications for
public sector, with a significant 24/7 workforce operation.
60 months of programming experience working in a Unix
environment developing Korn shell scripts.
60 months of programming experience creating, modifying
relational database structures and using PL/SQL for writing
triggers and procedures for Oracle RDBMS version 11g or higher.
84 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which
contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health
Information (PHI).
48 months experience programming experience in server-side Java
web applications in a multi-tier architecture, such as presentation,
application and database tiers, using JDK 1.5 or higher.
