Summit experience(test/dev) needed, java8/17, C%2B%2B, selenium(Winium), Oracle, Unix, Autosys, CICD, Agile
A Summit Developer designs, develops, and maintains software, often for financial platforms like FINASTRA Summit, requiring strong C/C%2B%2B, SQL, and scripting (Perl/Shell) skills, deep knowledge of SDLC, OOPS, and experience with trade lifecycles, payments, and banking systems, collaborating with BAs and testers in Agile environments to support complex financial applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Development: Design, code (C/C%2B%2B, Python, Java), test, and debug applications.
Financial Focus: Handle trade processing, accounting, payments, settlements, risk management, and reporting.
Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, testers, and release managers.
SDLC & Agile: Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Support: Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support (BAU).
Essential Skills & Experience
Technical: C/C%2B%2B, SQL (Oracle), Perl/Shell scripting, Unix/Windows, OOPS, RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS), Containerization (Docker).
Platform: Expertise in FINASTRA Summit (V6%2B) is often required.
Domain: Banking/Finance business knowledge preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
