Baer is looking for SAP Security IAS BTP Integration Architect for a 10+ month remote project.

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Role Summary
The SAP Security IAS BTP Integration Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on identity, authentication, and platform integrations across SAP landscapes. The role focuses on SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This position acts as a subject matter expert (SME) when security, identity, and application teams collaborate on complex integration scenarios.
Description:

• Design and configure authentication and identity flows between SAP IAS and BTP applications
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and token-related issues in hybrid and complex environments
• Collaborate with security, platform, and application teams to align identity architecture with business and technical requirements
• Provide guidance and best practices for secure identity integration across SAP platforms

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SAP IAS concepts, configuration, and federation models
• Solid working knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and service integrations
• Practical experience with identity and access management (IAM) principles and protocols
• Ability to translate security and identity concepts into clear, actionable technical designs
• Nice-to-Have : Experience integrating SAP IAS with Saviynt
