Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of hands on experience in full stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems.
- The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules end to end, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment.
- This is a customer facing on site role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands on expertise.
- Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint related technical activities.
- Own the end to end delivery of assigned user stories/features-from development through deployment.
- Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders.
- Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership.
