Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager leads complex business and technology initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery of strategic business outcomes while maintaining strong governance, financial stewardship, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
This role serves as the accountable delivery leader responsible for planning, execution, reporting, budget management, RAID management, resource coordination, portfolio visibility, and value realization. The Senior Project Manager operates in a hybrid Agile and traditional project management environment and partners closely with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex technology and business initiatives.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, RAID logs, executive reporting, and Agile delivery.
- Experience leading distributed, offshore, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Must have experience in managing project budget/forecasts/resource allocation in Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow PPM, or similar PPM tools.
- Must have experience in using Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar Agile platforms.
- Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and M365.
Certifications
- Agile certification preferred (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
- PMP preferred.
- RTE or advanced Agile delivery certifications are a plus.
