Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Life Platform Technology Migration

Job Location: Springfield, MA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $67.41hr - $72.41hr

Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and document business needs effectively.
Support system integration and data migration from legacy platforms to modern systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
Identify technical dependencies and propose solutions for complex business and system challenges.
Participate in project planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Provide support for production issues and assist in root cause analysis.
Lead or support discussions on system enhancements and new functionality.
Ensure proper documentation of system changes and integration requirements.
Support multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements/Must Have:

Strong experience in business systems analysis and requirements management.
Experience with policy administration platforms or similar enterprise systems.
Ability to facilitate requirement sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience with data migration and system integration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

5 plus years of experience in business systems analysis roles.
5 plus years of experience working with policy administration platforms.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Support data migration and integration activities.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
Participate in project lifecycle activities including testing and deployment.
Provide leadership in business analysis across multiple initiatives.

Documentation and process improvement.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in large scale system implementation or migration projects is preferred.
