Job Description

* 9+ years of development experience

* Strong in NodeJS, React, AWS - ECS, Fargate, Lambda, CloudFormation, S3, SQS, SNS etc.

* Experience with designing scalable cloud native event driven systems using AWS/Azure, Message Queue, Kafka

* Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD Pipelines - GitHub Actions/Jenkins, Docker/Linux Container

* Micro Services, PostgreSQL, TDD, Jest

* Proficiency in multiple tools of the full stack covering frontend frameworks, databases and deployments

* Experience with a variety of general programming languages

* Experience with Test-Driven Development

* Experience with a variety of database technologies - relational and NOSQL

* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies

* Advanced ability to solve complex problems, drawing upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information

* Advanced communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in straight forward manner

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS and 5+ years with React.js (or Angular); 7+ years with Node.js.
• Strong, demonstrated expertise designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, including cloud architecture patterns, serverless technologies, IAM, networking, security controls, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Proven hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and containerization/deployment using Docker and Linux containers.
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and implementing automated build, test, and deployment strategies.
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps practices, and secure coding standards.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or additional major cloud providers.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, or ASP.NET technologies.
  • Experience designing and building event-driven architectures or advanced microservices patterns.
  • Proficiency with enterprise observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack).
  • Prior exposure to recruitment, staffing, HR technology, or talent acquisition domain applications.
  • Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles, including team mentoring, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.
