- Observability and Evaluation Engineer
Summary
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, observability, platform engineering, QA automation, or related fields.
- Strong experience with application and infrastructure observability.
- Hands-on experience with metrics, logs, traces, monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing.
- Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with one or more observability platforms:
- Datadog
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Splunk
- New Relic
- Elastic / ELK
- Dynatrace
- Strong programming experience with Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building automated testing and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
