Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AEM Web Publisher with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage, publish, and maintain website content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AEM content authoring, page creation, content workflows, digital asset management, and website publishing processes.
The candidate will work closely with content teams, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of high-quality web content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, update, and publish website pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Manage website content, including text, images, banners, links, metadata, and digital assets.
  • Work with AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Manage content publishing workflows, including content review, approvals, scheduling, and activation/deactivation.
  • Upload, organize, and manage digital assets using AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Perform content migration, page maintenance, and website updates as required.
  • Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Validate published pages for layout, links, images, responsiveness, and overall content quality.
  • Perform pre-publishing checks and support content QA across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Follow SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, URL structures, alt text, and heading hierarchy.
  • Troubleshoot publishing issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with content authors, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, content governance policies, and established publishing guidelines.
  • Meet publishing timelines and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and web publishing.
  • Good knowledge of AEM Sites, page authoring, components, templates, and content management workflows.
  • Experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and digital asset management.
  • Understanding of AEM content activation, deactivation, and publishing workflows.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web content optimization.
  • Knowledge of website QA, content validation, and cross-browser testing.
  • Understanding of web accessibility guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content and formatting issues.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple publishing requests and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AEM.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager content fragments and experience fragments.
  • Exposure to multilingual websites and localization workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and web development concepts.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and digital content governance.

Education
