We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce architecture experience, strong technical leadership skills, and expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical design.
Design scalable solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Conduct Salesforce org health assessments and recommend platform improvements.
Lead Design & Discovery sessions and promote Salesforce Well-Architected Framework best practices.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate technical approaches.
Ensure secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) compliance.
Guide modernization efforts from legacy applications to Salesforce.
Support enterprise applications requiring high availability and reliability.
Design secure, integrated, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Lead system integration planning across internal and external platforms.
Review technical designs, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies.
Drive Agile delivery, release planning, and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend architectural improvements.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and Web Services.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, pipeline-as-code, automated testing, and branching strategies.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
2–3 Salesforce Certifications are required.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Architect Certification.
Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Oracle SQL development and performance tuning.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
DevOps experience including automated builds, testing, and multi-environment deployments.
Database-related certifications.
Strong troubleshooting and technical leadership experience.
