**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a knowledgeable Oracle Cloud PPM Application Support Specialist to deliver ongoing support and continuous improvement for our Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management suite. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth understanding of Project Foundations, Project Costing, and Project Billing modules within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver post-go-live application support for Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management, particularly in the areas of Project Foundations, Costing, and Billing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production problems, incidents, and configuration issues, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Provide hands-on configuration and functional expertise across project structures, templates, labor and expense categories, cost computation, billing logic, and invoice processes.
- Facilitate cost tracking, data validation, financial postings, billing runs, and ensure smooth operation of project accounting workflows.
- Collaborate closely with teams responsible for General Ledger, AP/AR, and Procurement to address process dependencies and integration touchpoints.
- Lead root cause analysis, propose preventive solutions, and drive process optimization for recurring support issues.
- Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, perform regression testing, and assess business impact for new features and mandatory patches.
- Draft business requirements and coordinate with technical teams for small-scale system changes, integrations, or reporting needs.
- Guide and train end users on Oracle Cloud PPM best practices, accounting flows, and system updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including troubleshooting guides, solution records, and process maps.
- Participate in regular support reviews, share improvement ideas, and contribute to IT governance forums.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Over 10 years of focused experience with Oracle ERP/Cloud PPM modules, with recent hands-on exposure to Cloud implementations or support.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle accounting, transaction management, and PPM module integration points.
- Ability to manage support tickets independently, analyze complex issues, and collaborate across business and IT teams.
- Experience with functional design, report writing, and end-user training preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certification (PPM/Finance) is highly desirable.
- Background in working with large enterprises or major consulting firms is an advantage.
