Job Title: AJO Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Location: Richardson, TX 75082 --Onsite 

 

Must-Have Skills: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Technical Account Management.

Job Description:
Looking for an experienced AJO Technical Account Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Must have experience with customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and data ingestion. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and SQL is required. Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills are essential.

Preferred: Adobe Campaign, CJA, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.
