Field Fiber OSP Telecom Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise overhead/underground network construction and crew activities
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Act as field liaison between contractors, internal teams, and technicians
Track progress, update job documentation, and report on materials and costs
Resolve field issues and support timely project delivery
Field-based role (~90%) with flexible schedule including nights/weekends
