Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking a strategic and results-driven AI & Data Analytics Lead to support executive leadership, including the Chief of Staff, in translating AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. This role will bridge the gap between AI strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, enabling data-driven insights and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Main Focus Skills: AI enablement, analytics, and executive insight

This resource would support the Chief of Staff and leadership team in translating AI opportunities into practical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Help teams understand where AI can improve decision-making, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Conduct AI and data analytics research to identify applicable tools, models, and capabilities
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks to track operational KPIs, OKRs, and program health
• Support data strategy initiatives, ensuring the right data foundations exist for scalable AI adoption
• Provide thought leadership on AI governance, responsible use, and security considerations
• Assist leadership with insight generation from enterprise data
