HVAC Revit Designer (Industrial)

Job title: HVAC Revit Designer (Industrial)

Locations: Tempe, AZ | Portland, OR | Moon Township, PA | Open to relocate

Note: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week onsite)

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall design experience.
• 5+ years in industrial mechanical/HVAC design (mandatory).
• 3+ recent years as Revit HVAC Designer (ductwork systems).
• 8+ years AutoCAD + 4+ years Revit experience.
• Experience in industries like semiconductor, manufacturing, pharma, chemical, etc.
• Strong knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC).

Responsibilities:

• Design & route industrial HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Develop P&IDs, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Work across concept to detailed design phases.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (BSME candidates will be overqualified).
