Job Title Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern
About the this Role: We are seeking a highly motivated
Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern to support enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work closely with senior leaders to help design, track, and communicate progress of Agile transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities - Support Agile transformation strategic planning, including documentation of current-state and future-state operating models
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, insights, and feedback
- Assist in defining and tracking Agile transformation metrics and KPIs (e.g., flow, predictability, adoption, maturity)
- Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize progress, risks, and outcomes of transformation initiatives
- Help prepare executive-ready materials, including presentations, summaries, and status reports
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across teams and portfolios
- Support facilitation of Agile-related ceremonies, workshops, or working sessions (as needed)
- Research industry best practices and benchmarks related to Agile, DevOps, and enterprise transformation
Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear visuals or narratives
Preferred Qualifications - Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe concepts
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
- Coursework or experience in strategy, process improvement, or digital transformation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
