Highly motivated Business Analyst with strong Market Access domain expertise to support business initiatives across Pricing, Contracting, Government Programs, Rebates, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Managed Care, and Market Access Operations.
Market Access Domain Strong understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Market Access ecosystem. Experience supporting Managed Care, Payer, PBM, Government Programs, and Specialty Pharmacy processes. Knowledge of Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net calculations. Understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs. Knowledge of formulary management and payer access dynamics. Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and market access business functions
Business Analysis Skills Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management. Process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessment. BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria preparation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Business process improvement and optimization experience.
Business Requirements Management Partner with Market Access stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Market Access initiatives. Create BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, process maps, and business workflows. Ensure business requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
Market Access Process Analysis Analyze current-state Market Access processes and identify optimization opportunities. Support initiatives related to pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks, formulary management, and payer performance tracking. Evaluate business impacts of process changes and technology enhancements. Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
