Summary
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with strong Jira expertise to drive Agile transformation and improve team delivery practices. The candidate will mentor teams on Agile frameworks, facilitate ceremonies, optimize workflows in Jira, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices
- Configure and manage workflows, boards, dashboards, and reports in Jira
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and PI planning
- Track Agile metrics and improve team performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership teams
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across projects
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Agile coaching/Scrum experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile reporting
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC, etc.) preferred
