Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web applications built with React.js. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development project management, a solid understanding of modern front-end technologies, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management for web applications built with React.js.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Developers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
· Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps.
· Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
· Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project roadmaps, and post-launch retrospectives.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Manage IT delivery, operations, change management, and vendor coordination across US and offshore teams.
· Lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project execution.
· Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
· Drive operational excellence and ensure efficient service delivery.
· Manage project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
· Demonstrate strong leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.
· Support business growth initiatives and collaborate with leadership on strategic planning
