Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Lead leads 1–2 engineering teams while remaining hands-on with mobile application development, architecture, coding, and debugging. The role provides technical direction, mentors engineers, drives software quality, and collaborates with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with strong native mobile development experience.
• 2+ years of Flutter and Dart experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead/people leadership role, preferably managing direct reports.
• Strong experience in system design, architecture, hands-on coding, and debugging.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
