Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Coordinator provides support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the branch is able to meet its growth targets.
- Inside sales.
- Provide support to sales teams.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Ensures that customer needs are met, including both sales and support.
- Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
- Assists with project management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attends product training, project meetings and sales training.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Positive attitude.
- Must be able to take direction and execute.
- Must be comfortable working with deadlines.
- Analytical thinking.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of Sales experience.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, up to 15 pounds at a time.
