Join our dynamic team as a HVAC Installer and make a significant impact in our rapidly growing construction company. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about HVAC systems, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes.
2. Consult with clients to determine their HVAC system requirements and provide expert advice on system selection, layout, and operation.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of HVAC systems.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction team members to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
5. Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
6. Comply with all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations to ensure the company's services remain current and competitive.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation procedures.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with team members.
6. High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient installation of HVAC systems.
7. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Certification or associate degree in HVAC, or related field is preferred.
10. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications is essential.
