Project Overview
Join Client's conference technology team delivering seamless collaboration solutions via Zoom, Slack, Google Chats, and associate tools. Accelerate incoming projects, design custom conference rooms/spaces, and manage full lifecycle deployment to enhance enterprise collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and draft AV conference room layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring hardware compatibility and optimal functionality.
• Lead expert deployment of Zoom Rooms and Poly hardware ecosystems in AV integrator environments.
• Develop conference and hardware designs, validating accuracy and integration with collaboration platforms.
• Collaborate on new custom spaces, accelerating project timelines while managing lifecycle from concept to rollout.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AV engineering experience (no operations/support background).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting experience for AV layouts.
• Expert-level deployment of Zoom Rooms and Poly hardware ecosystems.
• Proven experience as an AV integrator, including conference design and hardware design.
• Local to Richmond, McLean, or Plano (no relocation candidates).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AV programming experience.
• CTS-D or Crestron certifications (e.g., NVX AV-over-IP, Flex, advanced control logic).
