Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital part in steering critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations. Your leadership will shape the success of key initiatives that directly influence the company's growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and deployment of intricate projects, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor project executions accordingly.
- Manage project milestones, budgets, and scope to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide clear direction and support to project teams, enabling high performance and accountability.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Conduct thorough business and technical analysis, including fit/gap assessments, to inform project decisions.
- Document all client interactions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and system deployment plans.
- Oversee change management processes to adapt project plans as required.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
- Support the training and development of team members and clients as needed.
- Perform other duties aligned with project objectives and organisational needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience managing complex projects, ideally with PMP certification.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- At least 2 years working with ERP or similar software solutions.
- Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to train clients and junior staff members.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes
- Previous experience working remotely or managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with industry-specific ERP systems.
- Additional certifications related to project management or software implementation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
