Job Description:
The candidate will handle incoming help desk calls, emails, and instant messages, provide first-level issue resolution, triage tickets to appropriate support teams, maintain knowledge base documentation, assist with IT inventory management, and support users with general computer/software issues.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, Service Desk experience, and excellent communication skills to support internal users effectively.
Minimum Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of troubleshooting and technical support experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Minimum 2+ years working in a Service Desk / Help Desk environment
- Knowledge of computer operations, systems, and procedures
- Active Directory account provisioning experience preferred
- Strong communication and end-user support skills required
