Job Summary

Our client is transforming its business processes and technology to better serve operations and drive innovation. We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Innovation and Business Optimization organization by leading small to medium-sized business and technology projects.

In this role, you will help prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that improve operational processes and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project activities through the full SDLC using appropriate project methodologies
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Partner with business and technology teams to define scope and ensure project readiness
• Support business case development and project prioritization
• Drive project execution for custom software development, packaged solution implementations, and system enhancements
• Collaborate on requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Ensure governance, reporting, and financial tracking are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field
  OR High School Diploma/GED with additional relevant experience
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe, Agile, or PMP certification
• Experience managing multiple projects across different SDLC stages
• Knowledge of PMBOK and Agile project management methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
• Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders
