Project/Program Manager III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Merritt Island, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project/Program Manager III will own schedule management for assigned categories and manage MRP exceptions
* Perform clear-to-build assessments on production work orders, manage shortages and floor scrap replacement, and monitor production schedule adherence
* Continuously improve reorder points and order modifiers to optimize stock availability
* As a Project/Program Manager III, you will resolve data quality issues and influence supplier investments in continuous improvement
* Provide data-driven reviews to management focused on supply chain optimization, create SOPs for transaction processing, and engage in short, medium, and long-range planning activities to ensure service consistency

* Requires data-driven decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
* Demands a passion for exceptional customer experience and delivering results at continually lower costs and risks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
