Kforce has a client that is seeking a Testing Manager in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager to support a critical phase of a large-scale enterprise application implementation. This role is ideal for a hands-on QA leader who thrives in driving manual testing efforts, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong process discipline in complex environments. This is a manual testing leadership role, focused on execution, coordination, and quality outcomes - not automation development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies across the project lifecycle
* Coordinate functional, regression, and UAT testing activities
* Drive defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with development teams
* Ensure testing documentation and evidence meet audit and compliance standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and product stakeholders
* Identify testing risks early and proactively address gaps
* Track testing progress, metrics, and readiness through clear reporting
* Support user acceptance testing and release readiness activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years in software quality assurance
* Prior experience as a Testing Manager or Senior Test Lead
* Strong background in manual testing for enterprise applications
* Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
* Solid understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail and process adherence
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in regulated or audit-heavy environments
* Familiarity with ALM or similar test management platforms
* Power BI, Tableau, or reporting dashboard experience
* Exposure to large-scale system implementations or migrations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
