Location & Details: Albany, NY – Hybrid Schedule
50% onsite required
Candidates must be located in New York State

Visa: No OPT, or CPT

Job Duties:

• Create and maintain project documentation
• Develop and maintain project work plans
• Facilitate project meetings
• Prepare communications for project stakeholders, including project status updates and associated risks
• Maintain risk and issue logs
• Provide project management support to project team leads and executive staff as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant project management experience

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other Office 365 collaboration tools
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups through excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience facilitating meetings
• Experience with Medicaid data or Medicaid Information Technology projects is strongly preferred
