Required Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise networking experience across architecture, design, and hands-on engineering.
Deep expertise in hybrid cloud networking (Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred).
Advanced knowledge of:

BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP
VXLAN / EVPN overlays
Hybrid routing, segmentation, and failover design

Proven experience implementing large-scale network infrastructure supporting 5,000+ user environments.
Strong background in:

Firewalls, VPN, NAC, proxy, load balancing
Data center, campus, and virtual networking
Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Demonstrated ability to lead major infrastructure transformations.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, Arista, or equivalent.
Experience with automation (Terraform)
Exposure to multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI).
Experience with:

Network segmentation initiatives
Packet analysis & flow telemetry
Legacy-to-cloud modernization
