NetSuite Delivery Leader

Must have public sector experience

The resource must be a very senior and have solid experience with requirements gathering, fit/gap, configuration, test prep and execution, training, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the features/functionality of each NetSuite area/module coupled with business background (e.g., accounting) and preferably have implemented these for a foreign company with multi-currency and familiar with foreign country business regulations. The resource will do the actual work in the trenches rather than manage a team. Must have experience with Enterprise large environments with experienced in Financials and HCM modules. and functional/business areas (e.g., GL multi-book, revaluation, translation, and cumulative translation adjustment). For this project, the HCM integration is with PeopleSoft, not NetSuite which may happen in the future.
NetSuite Modules (Scope and Key Requirements)
General Ledger (GL): Multi-book, intercompany, journal uploads, FX revaluation/translation, CTA, approval workflows, closing processes.
Procure to Pay (PO & AP): Workflow approvals, matching, bank integration (PINACLE/PNC), SquareWorks integration for vendors/invoices, FX revaluation.
Order to Cash (OM & BI & AR): B2B functionality, Vertex tax integration, subscription billing, bank and payment integrations (PayPal Braintree/MuleSoft).
Fixed Assets (AM): Basic setup; depreciation only.
Project Costing (PC): Basic cost allocation.
Contracts (CA): Basic intercompany/government/corporate com
