Senior Manager, Product Management

Description
This role leads the strategy, development, and execution of Marketing Technology and Customer Data capabilities to support personalized, data-driven customer engagement. The position partners closely with marketing and business leaders to define a multi-year technical roadmap, scale personalization capabilities, and ensure customer data is responsibly managed and activated across owned and paid channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for people management, product strategy, and delivery within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing Technology and Customer Data product domain, including strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Lead and coach a team of Product Owners supporting multiple scrum teams
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver personalized customer experiences across digital and media channels
• Define and evolve operating models for personalization and customer engagement platforms
• Oversee vendor and platform partnerships related to marketing automation and customer data solutions
• Support the launch and growth of a retail media capability, enabling monetization of owned digital channels and customer insights
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term customer and marketing technology strategy

Team & Scope

• Direct management of 3 full-time Product Owners
• Oversight of 3 cross-functional scrum teams
• Ownership of external vendor relationships supporting marketing and data platforms

Technology & Product Areas

• Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including composable architectures
• Marketing automation and journey orchestration platforms
• Loyalty and customer engagement platforms
• Media and advertising technology platforms
• Cloud-based data and analytics environments

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms
• Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, including identity resolution and identity unification concepts
• Proven ability to lead Product Owners and scale product management practices
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
