Summary:
We are seeking a contract Staff Product Designer to deliver high-quality product experiences across TV and mobile platforms in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end design for key features from concept through production-ready specifications.
Translate product requirements and user insights into clear interaction models and polished UI solutions.
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions.
Drive high-quality visual and interaction craft, with strong attention to motion, layout, and system consistency.
Apply and contribute to the TV Plus design system, ensuring scalable and cohesive experiences across platforms.
Deliver detailed design specifications and assets for efficient engineering implementation.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver features efficiently and with high quality
8–10+ years of product design experience with strong interaction and visual design skills
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows is a plus
Experience designing for TV or large-screen platforms is preferred

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $78.00 - $80.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
