We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in Agile practices, Rally metrics/reporting, and cloud-based

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and best practices across teams.
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise as a Scrum Master.
• Strong background in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central) for metrics and reporting.
• Proven track record in managing development projects with Agile methodologies.
• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAFe or Scrum Master certification highly desirable.
