Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Software Architect in Albany, NY.
Description:
? Work with teams to modernize data cleaning and transformation processes using version control and collaborative repositories.
? Design, build and maintain data ingestion pipelines in the Cloud
? Partner with manager to make critical decisions about technology infrastructure and components.
? Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability in all DE projects.
? Build automated tests and validation processes.
? Guide development teams, mentor engineers, and provide technical direction throughout product life cycle.
? Create high-level specifications and design documents for the team to follow.
? Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested.
Mandatory Qualification:
? Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
? 84 months experience in Designing and implementing scalable cloud-based web applications using AWS.
? 84 months experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
? 84 months experience with data processing and analysis using Python on Linux platform.
? 72 months experience writing transformations with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar ETL tool.
? 72 months experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) containing large amounts of data (greater than 10 million rows).
? 72 months experience authoring a complete set of technical documentation
? Bachelor?s degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
