Overview
We’re seeking a senior-level Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging training programs that support employee onboarding and ongoing development. This role partners closely with stakeholders to assess learning needs, build effective instructional materials, and leverage modern training tools and LMS platforms to drive knowledge retention and performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and effective delivery methods.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training materials and activities to ensure participant engagement and learning retention.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Assess training outcomes and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Maintain accurate training records and report on training progress and outcomes.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and ongoing professional development for staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (BA, BBA, BS).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Proficiency with instructional design tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
