responsibilities:
Top responsibilities include:
- Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion.
- Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents.
- Help manage service incidents and requests, serving as a key subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.
- Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions, collaborating across team boundaries and other capability sub-domains.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.
