Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or combined related experience required
  • 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement or industrial processes

  • Comfortable leading projects and managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-moving continuous improvement environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and document complex process interactions
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have, not required):
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis - good to have, but not required
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling/CAD software (any platform - e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar) a plus
