Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Austin, Texas (This position is hybrid, requirin three days per week in the office.)
Only for candidates who are currently based in Austin
6 Months Contract
Minimum Skills
5+ Years - Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies
6+ Years - Experienced in gathering requirements towards changes the PeopleSoft application
6+ Years - Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
6+ Years - The most recent six years must have been working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
8+ Years - Solid understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
5+ Years - Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server
5+ Years - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
10+ Years - Working in Information Technology
Preferred Skills
2+ Years - Past experience as a developer in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
2+ Years - Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR
3+ Years - Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
5+ Years - Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops preferred
5+ Years - Experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy PeopleSoft application
5+ Years - Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred
5+ Years - Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use
5+ Years - Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
5+ Years - Experience with Pension Administration systems
5+ Years - Experience with Payroll Systems
10+ Years - Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems
