Description
Writers: Copy development across the digital ecosystem for SAP's foundational content (multiple products, multiple form factors); primary focus is on web copy, including web copy for the purposes of SEO, and landing pages for gated content. Other form factors include email (nurture and promotional), e-books, tele scripts, sales engagement materials, partner marketing assets. Deliverables should adhere to SAP brand voice and style and be error-free. Writers should contribute to the refining editorial standards for SAP. Writers are responsible for contributing to and maintaining documentation for the operating model. Writers to maintain service-level objective of 5 business days to first draft from initial briefing.
- NOT a communication specialist or content strategist, MUST be writers
- Writing digital copy, web copy, spanning between product and solution pages
- Would like a general working knowledge of SEO - someone that understands conceptually what organic search is
- BONUS: exposure and experience to working with generative AI, someone that understands and embraces GenAI
- Writer needs to produce production-ready copy, don't need an editing pass, not running a traditional publishing model so they need to be on top of the writing and ready to go
- Will be helping to synthesize our brand voice and write in a consistent way - no matter who is writing, it should all sound the same

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
