Position: ServiceNow Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Key Responsibilities
· Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow projects from planning through deployment
· Act as Scrum Master and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
· Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to define scope and priorities
· Manage and groom the ServiceNow backlog
· Track progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular stakeholder updates
· Ensure alignment with ServiceNow governance and best practices
· Oversee testing, UAT, release management, and change processes
· Drive continuous improvement across teams
· Manage vendors and third-party stakeholders when applicable
Mandatory Qualifications
· Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
· Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with ability to lead ceremonies
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
· Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management
Preferred Qualifications
· ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, etc.)
· Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM I, etc.)
· Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
