Job Title: QA Engineer – Content Tools (Media Content Functional & Automation Testing)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer to join the Content Tools QA Team within the Digital Supply Chain Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Media Content Functional Testing and Test Automation for web applications, along with expertise in API testing and modern QA practices.
The engineer will validate tools and services used to manage and distribute digital media content while ensuring a high-quality customer experience through comprehensive manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications.
Build, enhance, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium.
Perform comprehensive functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
Conduct API testing using REST/JSON with tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent frameworks.
Validate request/response payloads, authentication, status codes, and API integrations.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects with detailed logs, screenshots, and reproducible steps.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams during requirements analysis, sprint planning, and release validation.
Participate in CI/CD testing processes and continuously improve QA automation strategies.
Support quality initiatives across media content management and digital supply chain workflows.
Required Skills
Mandatory
5–10 years of QA experience (Strictly no profiles above 10 years).
Strong experience in Media Content Functional Testing.
Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using:
Selenium
Playwright
Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
Strong experience in Web Application Testing.
Experience with REST API Testing using:
Postman
REST Assured
Good understanding of:
HTTP methods
REST APIs
JSON
Authentication mechanisms
Response validation
Experience using:
Git
Jira (or equivalent defect tracking tools)
Strong defect reporting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
