We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses heavily on financial reconciliation, data analysis, and leveraging SQL to extract insights and ensure data integrity across our financial systems. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between finance and data, turning complex datasets into actionable business solutions.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular financial data reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and ensuring alignment between various financial and operational systems.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- SQL Queries & Modeling: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal databases.
- Process Improvement: Partner with finance and tech teams to automate reconciliation workflows and improve overall data quality.
qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Financial Analyst.
Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries, joins, and aggregations).
Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting data, or reconciliation processes.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
